Bukit Bintang – Tourist Hub & Repair Hub
Bukit Bintang is a must-visit destination in central KL for tourists. But beyond shopping and dining, it's also becoming a gadget repair hub in Kuala Lumpur.
Today, we had a walk-in customer from France. He had been surveying the area and found us to repair his Samsung S24 Ultra. After we explained the glass-only repair process to him, he learned something completely new – that a display has a glass layer and an internal display panel underneath.
He had never seen any shop back home that could do this. Curious but convinced, he decided to give it a try.
The repair took several hours, and it was actually quite late by the time we finished. But we made sure to complete everything perfectly before closing the shop. Every step was handled with care – separating the broken glass, cleaning, lamination, and final sealing.
When we handed back his phone, the customer walked away with a perfectly repaired Samsung S24 Ultra, impressed and satisfied. Another tourist, another great repair story from the heart of KL.
