A Customer from Neighboring Country – We Saved His iPhone 16 Pro
A customer from a neighboring country reached out to us online. Back home, glass-only repairs are extremely expensive due to the lack of proper machinery. He found us, booked an appointment, and planned to visit us a week later when he arrived in Malaysia.
The device was an iPhone 16 Pro. The body condition was still excellent, but the outer glass layer of the screen was badly damaged. Upon inspection, the phone was eligible for a glass repair – despite the shattered exterior, the inner display had no dead pixels. Perfect.
As usual, we followed our complete process: carefully opening the phone, keeping every screw organized, separating the broken glass, thorough cleaning, lamination, applying a new glass and frame, and finally installing a fresh water-resistant seal tape. The entire repair took about three hours.
Sometimes a phone may look fine on the outside but is a mess internally. We don't do that. Every step follows Apple's standards as closely as possible.
